The Coachtribe app is free to use for clients, and it’s ultra easy! The app allows clients to home in on a coach by searching by geographical location, specialism, price and rating, so they really have the best possible chance of finding a perfect match. A great match means great results – a successful client is a walking talking endorsement of their coach, and personal coaching in general. For those considering a 1-to-1 coach, Coachtribe makes it incredibly easy for them to find, book and pay for their first session and start their journey towards better, faster or stronger.
This is where Coachtribe really comes into its own! With clients storing their debit card details on our platform, all bookings are paid for 48 hours in advance, meaning that they are far less likely to cancel. Even if they do, bookings cancelled within 48 hours schedule are non-refundable, meaning that Coachtribe coaches rarely miss out on income. It also makes for more regular, committed clients, which in turn means better results, which can only be good for business!

Coaches

Coachtribe coaches pay a nominal subscription fee in order to secure their place on our platform. After all, we only want coaches who are committed to the cause!
Coachtribe offers a very generous commission structure, where you can retain as much as 90% of your fees. It’s simple - the more bookings you make, the more you retain! Your fees are accumulated in your Coachtribe account and payment is made straight into your bank account on the 10th of every month.
At Coachtribe, we want all our coaches to keep safe and happy. If you no longer wish to be connected to a client, you just need to find the client in your client list and disconnect with them – that’s it.
In the first instance you should try and resolve the issue with your client. If you can’t, please contact us at support@coachtribe.com and we will investigate the matter.
Don’t worry, you’ll still be paid for the session, although it’s probably a good idea to ensure that you can show that you were at the agreed location at the right time to start the session. This is the best way to avoid any lengthy disputes.

Clients

Easy! All you need to do is pick the activity from our home page that you need a coach for and then pick your coach. You can refine by location and price and even search for a coach by name if you are looking for someone in particular. Once you’ve your coach has accepted your connection request, you can start making bookings straight away and start your journey to achieving your goals.
Of course! You can connect with as many coaches as you like. Of course, the most successful journeys are based on strong relationships between our coaches and their clients, but we’ll leave this up to you!
Absolutely nothing! Coachtribe is completely free to its clients – you only pay your coach for each session.
Before you can make a booking, you need to connect with the coach of your choice. As soon as the coach has accepted, off you go. Remember, not every request will be accepted, as some coaches could be at full capacity, but you can connect to as many coaches as you like. Don’t hesitate - the quicker you connect, the quicker you can get started!
You don’t need to do anything – you drive your bookings, so if you want to change coaches, all you need to do is choose your new one! With that in mind, if you really don’t want to be connected to that coach any longer, all you need to do is go to the coach’s profile and disconnect with them using the same controls as when you connected.

Please contact your coach first, as there is probably a valid reason why this happened that you can resolve between you. Failing that, please do let us know by contacting us at support@coachtribe.com investigate. Try and be sure ensure that you can show that you were at the agreed location at the right time to start the session, as this is the quickest way to avoid any lengthy disputes and get your session refunded.
Coachtribe operates a 48-hour refund policy, so if your session is more than two days ahead, you won’t be charged. If it’s less than that, I’m afraid that we won’t be able to offer you a refund, although you may be able to come to a satisfactory resolution with your coach.
